Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

TryOnLoom provides AI-assisted virtual try-on previews. This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that protect users, people depicted in uploaded images, and the service.

Your content and permissions

You may upload only images, garments, prompts, and other content that you own or are authorized to use. You must have the consent of each identifiable person whose image you upload. You are responsible for the content you submit and for your use of generated results.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use TryOnLoom to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• depicts or sexualizes minors, includes sexual exploitation, or creates intimate imagery of a person without their explicit consent;
• threatens, harasses, discriminates against, doxxes, impersonates, or targets another person;
• promotes violence, self-harm, extremist activity, malware, or other harmful or unlawful activity;
• attempts to bypass safety controls, probe or disrupt the service, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer the service, or access another account without authorization; or
• is used to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, legal status, healthcare, or other high-impact matters.

Age and account requirements

You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Do not upload images of minors except where you are their parent or legal guardian and the use is lawful, non-sexual, and appropriate.

Enforcement

We may remove content, limit generation, suspend credits, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create risk for users or the service. We may preserve information when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people, or comply with law.

Reporting and appeals

Report suspected misuse or ask for a review by emailing support@tryonloom.com. Include the account email, relevant date and time, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in email.
