When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain your rights in the photos, garment images, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant TryOnLoom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, including the right to use service providers acting on our behalf, to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, TryOnLoom grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, download, reproduce, display, distribute, and share the virtual try-on results you generate through the service for personal or commercial purposes, including e-commerce listings and social-media content promotion.
This license does not grant rights in third-party photos, garments, brands, trademarks, or other material that may appear in a generated result. You must not use results in a misleading, unlawful, or rights-infringing way.
